We've started our open source development effort by releasing our Registry
Registrar Protocol software development kit under the terms of the GNU
Lesser General Public License. Other projects that we will soon release
include an RRP server stub, a utility to identify the domains served by a
list of name servers, a utility to warn of impending X.509 certificate
expiration, and an openSSL integration utility. We have an active project
under way to develop a full-featured web site for domain name technology
topics, which will include a section for open source software projects with
services similar to those provided by popular open source development
portals. Watch the new list for details!
