[SAH] Yes, section 8.4 on page 20 describes date format requirements. All
dates MUST be represented in UTC.
Section 3.4 [4] "Name servers that exist in TLDs other than those
for which the registry is authoritative MAY be registered without an
IP address providing that the server TLD is itself a valid TLD."
Perhaps we should change the MAY to MUST. This would prevent
duplicating data and avoid the possibility that it will be out of
sync.
[SAH] Yes, I agree with this change. I was trying to say something else
(that it's OK to use name servers registered in TLDs for which a registry is
not authoritative), but this paragraph makes it sound like it's OK to
provide an IP address. That's not good, so I'll change the MAY to MUST.
