OK, that's one opinion. As part of the domain registration process that's
visible to the general public it's on the agenda for discussion. I'll agree
to switch the order of whois agenda items, though. That is, we first
discuss "should we consider whois", and if so, we look at current efforts
and if they're within scope. If there's no interest or consensus that it's
out of scope, we drop the topic.
