[VGRS-RRP] RRP and nameserver question

    Hi All...

    I'm confused about something in the current RRP RFC...

    On page 10, section 4.3.1.2, it says:

    "If the name server being registered is the child of a registered domain
    name, ..."

    Does this mean its possible to crerate a name server thats not the child of
    a registered domain name?
