    "Not available" means that the server has been registered, and thus IP
    addresses are known. "Available" means that the server has _not_ been
    registered, and if it hasn't been registered it's kind of difficult to guess
    what the IP address(es) might be... ;-)

    I have an off-the-wall question that hopefully someone can clarify for me:

    In the RFC and in the examples provided in the registrar-toolkit, the "check
    nameserver" command response is listed as "213 Name server not available",
    and then includes an IP address.

    Shouldn't that be the other way around? Only show the IP address of the
    nameserver IF the domain IS available?

    What am I missing here?
