I just sent a request to the RFC editor to publish the RRP 2.0.0
specification document:

as an Informational RFC to update Informational RFC 2832. It's likely that
the RFC editor will refer the request to the IESG for review. I'll provide
updates to this list as they become available.
At some point in the near future I'll create a single integrated version of
the RRP 2.0.0 specification. The consolidated document will be published
through the VeriSign-GRS web site in multiple document formats; I'll provide
updates to this list as that effort progresses, too.
